7 Tips on how to Improve User Experience on Websites

What is user experience (UX)? User experience focuses on "what a user feels when interacting with a product". Let me explain with an example: When we write something on paper, we interact with a pen. Therefore, the pen's design – including the ink and its physical appearance and shape will impact how we feel about working with that particular pen. Several factors have to be considered to provide users with a good feeling or experience. We go through a few below.

Ease of use: The product needs to be simple, easy to use, and familiar for users. Usefulness: It must respond to a need in the users' lives. Desirability: The product's look needs to be attractive at first sight. Accessibility: Every functionality of the product or service needs to be accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. Now, let us talk about the tips that improve the user experience of websites. 1) Faster is better! It's all about the loading time. The golden time for loading a webpage is 1-2 seconds. The user always searches Google with a goal or question, and if this golden time increases, the probability of them closing and leaving your page will increase. 2) Be mindful of images Photos have a significant impact on attracting the audience to the website. Similar to the rest of your content, relevance and originality are the keys here. 3) Go for a moderate design Similar to the interior design, if you fill the house with so much stuff, it will be challenging to find an empty path to walk in. Crowded designs will also confuse the user. Instead, keep your design simple and leave some blank spaces for users eyes to navigate. 4) Construct your content Users have to be able to find the information they need with ease. So break the text into sections, use proper punctuation, and the most relevant titles and headers. Relevant titles help users navigate the content with ease and help search engines learn what your content is about. 5) Know your target audience Knowing the target audience helps a lot to know their interests and tastes. By knowing this, you will be able to implement the best fonts, colors and elements on your website to attract more users. Remember writing good content for a tiny portion of society always works better than writing average content for everyone. 6) Use call to actions (CTA) Use call to action buttons to help users find their way easier and also improve conversion rates. Users are more likely to buy your product when you use the "Buy now!" button at the end of your advertisement. 7) Make sure your website is responsive Today, people of different ages use smartphones and tablets with different screen sizes. So make sure your website is displayed well on all smart gadgets. In the majority of our projects, about 50% of the traffic is coming from mobile devices,
